Indonesian fishermen find old sunken ship

Fishermen say they have found a sunken ship filled with old green and gray ceramics off remote Indonesian islands recently hit by a tsunami.
They believe the Oct. 26 wave _ which killed more than 500 people _ lifted the 20-foot- (7-meter-) long vessel from the ocean floor and pushed it closer to shore.
The pots, jugs and bowls found inside the wooden ship still need to be tested to determine their origin and age.
But Yosmeri, who heads West Sumatra's Maritime and Fishery Department, says they appear similar to other 14th-century artifacts found inside sunken Chinese vessels that litter the seabed in that area.
Local fisherman say they found the ship after spotting its mast 4 miles (6 kilometers) from the beach off Pagai Island, hardest hit by the tsunami.
