Monaco rallied with goals from Park Chu-young and Mathieu Coutadeur to lead 2-1 midway through the second half, before Brazilian winger Jussie leveled for the visitors in the 74th minute.
Monaco finished the game with 10 men after Coutadeur was sent off for a second yellow card late on for fouling Czech Republic midfielder Jaroslav Plasil.
Bordeaux is in ninth place with 15 points, while Monaco is 18th with 10 points and is three adrift of 17th-place Nice.
