Czechs announce squad for Euro 2012 qualifiers

Teenage striker Vaclav Kadlec has been called up to the Czech Republic squad for the 2012 European Championship qualifiers against Scotland and Liechtenstein next month to replace the injured Milan Baros and Martin Fenin.
Coach Michal Bilek selected the 18-year-old Kadlec in his 20-man squad on Wednesday. Bilek included three other players who have yet to play an international game: goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka, defender Marek Suchy and midfielder Milan Petrzela.
Following a surprise 1-0 loss at home to Lithuania in their opening Group I qualifier, the Czechs take on Scotland on Oct. 8 in Prague and then play at Liechtenstein four days later.
