Double decker Bus Crash

Authorities say a double-decker bus heading to Toronto hit a railroad bridge in central New York, killing four people and injuring 24 others.
The Megabus was carrying 28 people, including the driver, when it rammed the bridge around 2:30 a.m. local time on the Onondaga Lake Parkway in Salina, a suburb of Syracuse.
A spokesman for Coach USA, which operates Megabus, says three passengers and the driver remain hospitalized. Twenty passengers, including seven Canadian residents, were treated and released.
He says the bus left Philadelphia at 10 p.m. local time Friday with stops in Syracuse and Buffalo. He says the bus was off its route when it crashed but he didn't know why.
An official at the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department says the bus was too tall to make it under the low-clearance bridge.
