Geelong, Bulldogs win AFL semis

Geelong will meet Collingwood in an Australian Football League preliminary final for the third time in four years after beating Fremantle 20.15 (135) to 10.6 (66) in a semifinal on Saturday.
The Cats, who are also seeking their third championship in four seasons, shrugged off last week's four-point loss to St. Kilda to race to an 8.1 to 1.1 first-quarter lead on Friday, reaching to 5.1 before Fremantle scored.
On Saturday, the Western Bulldogs, cheered on by new Australia Prime Minister Julia Gillard, staged a stunning comeback to beat Sydney 11.11 (77) to 10.12 (72). The Bulldogs will play St. Kilda in the second preliminary final.
