2 sentenced in Sweden for cartoonist home attack

A Swedish court has sentenced two brothers to two and three years in prison for attacking the home of an artist whose Prophet Muhammad depiction infuriated some Muslims.
The Helsingborg District Court convicted them Thursday of attempted arson, saying the attack was motivated by Lars Vilks' controversial 2007 sketch.
The 19-and 21-year-old brothers have denied the charges. They were not named because of Swedish privacy rules.
Vilks was not at home during the May 14 incident. The attacks was discovered by passers-by who noticed smashed windows and fire damage. Police found plastic bottles filled with gasoline outside the house.
Vilks has faced numerous threats over his drawing, including from al-Qaida.
