Amanda Clark and Sarah Chin of the United States won the women's 470 class at the Rolex Miami OCR on Saturday.
In the women's match-racing finals, Anna Tunnicliffe, Molly Vandemoer and Debbie Capozzi beat the British team skippered by Lucy MacGregor.
Britain's six medals were second to the Americans' 10 at the regatta, the second of seven stops in the International Sailing Federation's World Cup.
Clark and Chin, who were 2008 Olympians, took a year off after Beijing.
"It's great to win our first major regatta back," she added. "This was a huge positive for us. We wanted to enter this with a strong start, proving we still have what it takes. This time around, we're ready to be on the podium."
