Brazil's president will undergo more medical tests this weekend after an attack of high blood pressure forced him to cancel a trip to the World Economic Forum.
Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was released from a hospital Thursday, hours after suffering the attack aboard his plane as it was preparing to head to Europe.
Doctors say the 64-year-old president does not normally suffer from hypertension.
An entry on Silva's blog says he recovered quickly and is spending some days at his home outside Sao Paulo. He plans to return to work Monday.
Silva's office said Friday that he would be examined the following day in Sao Paulo.
