Hodgson signs 1-year contract extension at Fulham

Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has signed a one-year contract extension at the Premier League club.
The deal was announced Wednesday.
Hodgson joined Fulham in 2007. The only previous English clubs he had managed were Bristol City and Blackburn after having built his reputation abroad through two stints at Inter Milan and coaching the Finland and Switzerland national teams.
Fulham is ninth in the standings with 27 points and has recorded victories over Manchester United and Liverpool. The team is also through to the next round of the Europa League.
