NHL players named to Norway's Olympic hockey squad

NHL defenseman Ole-Kristian Tollefsen and former NHL forward Patrick Thoresen have been named to Norway's ice hockey squad for the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver.
Tollefsen, 25, and Thoresen, 26, were included in coach Roy Johansen's 23-man team on Tuesday.
Tollefsen is the fifth Norwegian-born player to play in the NHL and the second for the Flyers. Thoresen played in 21 regular-season games and 14 playoff contests for the Flyers in 2007-08. He now plays in the Russian league for Salavat Julajev.
