RFU sets up licensing scheme for player agents

Rugby players in England will only be able to hire agents from a list approved by the sport's governing body from Nov. 1.
The Rugby Football Union says players will only be able to pick a licensed agent, lawyer or close relative to represent them in employment issues.
Rugby Players Association chief executive Damian Hopley says the move is "another progression for the industry in regulating and safeguarding the interests of the players and the clubs."
