British lawyers are seeking the arrest of Israeli military officers who directed the offensive into the Gaza Strip.
The lawyers say the officers may be guilty of war crimes and are subject to arrest in Britain under universal jurisdiction laws.
Lawyer Daniel Machover said Tuesday the group is ready to go to court with evidence if any of the suspects travels to Britain.
Earlier attempts to get an arrest warrant for Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak failed because he has immunity as a Cabinet minister.
The case against Israeli leaders and military officers has been bolstered by a U.N. inquiry that found Israel used excessive force in its winter campaign in Gaza, which is controlled by the radical group Hamas.
