Spain to pardon Bolivia's debt as president visits

Bolivian President Evo Morales is in Madrid to sign a deal under which Spain will pardon the South American country's debt of some ⁈lion ($100 million).
Morales will also hold talks with energy company leaders on Bolivia's plans to nationalize its electricity sector.
The Bolivian leader is to meet King Juan Carlos around midday (1000 GMT; 6 a.m. EDT) Monday and will later dine with the monarch and Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero at the Orient Palace in downtown Madrid.
He will have a formal round of talks with Zapatero on Tuesday.
Speaking at a rally of some 2,000 supporters after arriving Sunday, Morales said he would push for all immigrants to have legal status. Around 225,000 Bolivians live in Spain, more than half without legal permits.
