OAS head still sees hope for Honduran settlement

The head of the Organization of American States says he still has hope for a resolution of the presidential crisis in Honduras even after a high-level delegation he led failed to work out an agreement.
OAS Secretary-General Jose Miguel Insulza on Wednesday urged quick acceptance of compromise accords before campaigning heats up for November's presidential elections.
Insulza visited Honduras with a group of Western Hemisphere foreign ministers.
He noted some progress in meetings with senior leaders in Honduras on Monday and Tuesday. But he says there remains reluctance to accept the compromise.
U.S. representative to the OAS Lew Amselem says it is unacceptable to expel a country's president.
