Bomb explodes at Slovak plant, 1 dead, 5 injured

Officials say a bomb exploded and killed one person at a plant manufacturing plastic doors and windows in Slovakia.
Police say another five people were injured by the blast Tuesday in the retail shop of the Euromont plant in Topolcany, about 60 kilometers (37 miles) northeast of Bratislava.
Police chief Jan Packa says the bomb had been brought in by an unknown man and exploded as he was leaving the shop. Police have not yet identified the man but say he was the person killed in the explosion.
The wife of the plant's owner has been hospitalized with life-threatening burns. The other four victims sustained minor injuries.
No further information was immediately available.
