2 Koreas agree to hold talks on separated families

A news report says North and South Korea have agreed to hold Red Cross talks this week to organize a new round of reunions of families separated by the national division.
Yonhap news agency said Tuesday that North Korea accepted the South's proposal to hold meetings on Aug. 26-28.
The agreement is the latest sign of easing tensions between the two rival states.
