Agent, guards detained in Cubans' escape in Mexico

Mexico's National Immigration Institute says it has recaptured six of the eight Cuban migrants who escaped a Caribbean coast detention center. Two migrants remain at large.
The institute says it has detained one of its own agents and two private security guards assigned to the center for questioning in the case.
The Cubans were recaptured Monday after they escaped late Sunday from the facility in the coastal city of Chetumal. Alerts have been issued for the two missing Cubans.
The institute said Monday it was an isolated case and that "it would not tolerate internal corruption."
Mexico signed an agreement with Cuba in 2008 to return undocumented Cuban migrants to the island, but can still grant asylum on a case-by-case basis.
