A comprehensive care system
Tainan City has 53 community patrol squads, each with 12 members. These volunteer squads cooperate with the police force to ensure the community security. In Tainan's 232 Neighborhoods, there were 53 squads in 2004, and it is estimated to increase to 70 squads in 2005 and 110 squads in 2006.
